When you work with Ericka Cunningham, you are working with someone who has seen the Real Estate industry from nearly every angle that exists.
Ericka's career began in 2013, long before she ever sold a single home. She worked in administration as an assistant to multiple Real Estate agents, learning the business from the ground up. She then moved into marketing and eventually became a marketing manager at an internationally known Real Estate company. In that role, she worked directly with top-producing agents to sharpen their marketing and helped craft listing campaigns that stood out in competitive markets.
In 2021, Ericka transitioned into Real Estate sales. She worked alongside a top-producing agent and gained hands-on experience on more than 40 transactions per year. That experience taught her how to lead a transaction smoothly from listing to sold, or from first showing to closing day. It's the kind of confidence that only comes from doing it repeatedly.
Now, she puts that experience to work every day, guiding her own clients from start to finish. It is this unique path through administration, marketing, and sales that gives her such a well-rounded perspective on the business. She brings that full-circle knowledge to every client she works with, whether that means crafting a marketing strategy that gets a home noticed or guiding a buyer calmly through every step of the process. Her goal with every client is the same: a smooth, drama-free transaction.
Ericka was born and raised right here in Northern Colorado. She has extensive knowledge of the area's neighborhoods, schools, and communities. Her hometown perspective means clients get more than just a Real Estate agent — they get a true local guide.
Outside of Real Estate, her greatest joy is her family. She and her husband, Dylan, are raising their two children, Carter and Kennedy. Together, they keep life full and busy, whether they are spending the day at the pool, exploring the mountains, or traveling somewhere new together. Giving back is also important to her, and she spends most weekends volunteering with kids in Northern Colorado.
